How to Change the Blade:
- Remove the thumbscrew.
- Squeeze the handles of the Tip Cutter
- Remove face plate and blade very carefully
- Keep the handle squeezed and re-attach face plate and replace the blade & then slowly release the handle
- Replace the thumbscrew.
